Aosdána expresses great sadness at the passing of artist Pauline Bewick
Member of Aosdána and the RHA, artist Pauline Bewick was born in Northumbria in 1935 before moving to a small farm in Co. Kerry. After travelling all over Ireland and attending school in England and Wales, Pauline returned to Ireland to attend the National College of Art and Design.

The Arts Council and Local Government will jointly host its third biennial conference, Places Matter, in VISUAL, Carlow on March 24th and 25th. In what will be one of the first in-person conferences to take place in over two years, the Arts Council will take a deep dive into how the Arts Council and Local Government can invest more creatively in people and places.
